Melynda is a Miles City native. She graduated Custer County High School and continued after that to further her education at Rocky Mountain College of Liberal Arts. Graduating with a double major; Sociology and Environmental Studies. During her college years she completed several internships; Yellowstone National Park, Makoshika State Park and the Untied Nations in Manhattan, NY. Upon graduation Melynda married Sam Hould and lived in Lavina, MT until a job opportunity with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service took them to Bozeman, MT.
Two years later their daughter Emma was born. The baby brought the young family home closer to their nuclear families; Bryan & Shannon Holmen, and Byron & Martina Hould. In 2003 Melynda was licensed by the State of Montana with the Board of Realty & Regulation. Soon after her first year in sales a second daughter Haley was born.
Today Melynda is a the Broker/Owner of Hometown Real Estate. She is elated that she now has a young, energetic team of professionals surrounding her in the office.
Sales Agent; Nicole Paxson FriendNicole was born and raised in Eastern Montana. She moved to Miles City where she graduated highshool. She then completed her cosmetology degree in Helena, Montana and returned home to settle in Miles City with her family;
Dan, Madisson, McKenna & Mic.
Prior to her career in Real Estate, Nicole managed the sales department of her family's business, Paxson's Flooring.
Nicole was licensed by the State of Montana with the Board of Realty & Regulation in 2007. She has proven to be a successful buyers agent. She has satisfied the
MT Board of Realty requirements in sales volume and
plans to begin her Montana Brokers licensing in the next
few months.
Sales Agent; Robbin Shipman MakelkyRobbin is a proud hometown native of the Miles City community. She and her husband Ken have two children, Amanda & Kendall. From 1987 to 2003 she developed a vast patient base as a certified optician. From there she worked along side of her husband at their family owned Ford, Lincoln & Mercury dealership; Mac's Frontierland, in the finance and customer service departments.
Having worked in the local community for most of her life, her interests lie in meeting clients individual needs. In January of 2008 Robbin's interests entertwined with a new Real Estate career. She outlists everyone in the office! Her hobbies and passions include painting and fine arts.
